Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. Please contact the Hotel directly at 248-652-2600 about the possibility of early check-in or late departure. If you need to guarantee an early arrival, please reserve your room for the night before.

Yes. Royal Park Hotel offers complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access in all rooms, suites, and public spaces. 

We have a 24-hour cancellation and modification policy. You may cancel your reservation 24 hours before arrival or make modifications to your departure 24 hours before the intended date. If cancellations or modifications are made within the 24-hour period, you may be subject to cancellation and early departure fees.

Note: Some rates, such as our advanced purchase rate, may not be canceled or changed for any reason. This cancellation policy does not apply to group reservations.

One dog per reservation is welcome at Royal Park Hotel but must be reserved in advance of arrival. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 per reservation will apply. In addition, we ask that you please keep your furry friend on a leash at all times in public spaces. The state of Michigan prohibits nonservice animals from entering our dining areas. These restrictions do not apply to ADA service animals. Please refer to our pet policy or contact guest services for additional information.

We have a limited number of rollaway beds, cribs, and pack n' play's available for a fee. Both are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. For reservations policies, please contact our Guest Services team at 248-652-2600.

Yes, the registered guest must be at least 21 years of age or older to check in to a guest room. 

Due to state licensing laws, outside catering is not allowed. However, please inquire about our suite menu available for knock and drop delivery. You may also order carry-out from our PARK 600 restaurant during business hours. 

Royal Park Hotel accepts debit cards, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club cards. Please note that when paying with a debit card, the full amount of your stay, including tax, plus $50 per day for incidental charges, will be authorized to your card at check-in. In addition, please note that funds held will be applied to your full balance, and any additional amounts authorized will be credited back within 5 to 7 business days.
